BioHello, I am here to simply express emotions and try to remember my life whether good or bad. Sadly most of my posts will not be lighthearted and happy, although I try...but I never feel an overpowering need to vent and express my happiness because I do not keep happiness to myself. What I hold to myself is depression, sadness, anger, and heartbreak and finally when it has gone to far, have held it all in too long...I finally write it down. And that is what this journal is for. Never is any day of mine without tears whether I show them or not.
